Chris has worked both nationally and internationally with the leadership of organisations such as: Nordea, Handlesbanken, Adidas, General Motors, HSBC, Orange Plc, Kuwait Oil Company, Lloyds TSB, Thales Group and the University of the West of England. Chris has a background in Psychology, Counselling and Business Coaching.
He qualified for the largest international training organisation Dale Carnegie Training in 2000 as their youngest trainer in the organisation worldwide. Since then he is now recognised as one of the most lively and entertaining presenters in the UK and is currently ranked in the top 5% of trainers in the UK and top 15% worldwide assessed by participant feedback scores (independently evaluated through Motorola University).

Melanie is an experienced Certified Learning Practitionerspecialising in Management Development and Interpersonal Skills training and facilitation. She has first hand experience of personnel and organisational management in military, private, public and voluntary sectors.
Melanie is currently working with clients in central and local government as well as the emergency services. She works extensively in the private sector within production, telecommunications and tourism & leisure environments. Her focus is on issues regarding self-awareness and personal responsibility. She is also a qualified NLP Practitioner.

Aubrey is a results-orientated learning and development consultant, proficient in consultancy, design and delivery on innovative learning and development programmes using NLP/Accelerated learning concepts. Aubrey has worked at global, national and local levels for companies such as Virgin Holidays, Capital Regional Property Management, Greenwich Borough, Thamesmead Town Housing Services and First Choice Holidays.

For over 7 years she has conducted wellbeing training, working with both individuals and groups. This has supported her holistic perspective on wellbeing, and the far-reaching implications for businesses. Louise's approach to learning is to focus on individuals and take a learner led approach allowing individuals to self actualise throughout the learning process.
Clients and corporate work experience includes work with Capp Gemini, Ernst and Young, Hewlett Packard, Bristol City Council and Norwich Union.
Her work is informed by over 16 years of personal development, exploring deeply through both Western Psychology and Eastern Philosophy.
Louise has a degree in Mathematics, and for her own personal wellness loves yoga, dancing and walking.

A native Austrian, bi-lingual in German and English, Margit lived, travelled and worked in Europe, the UK and the US.
Margit operates a dynamic, intuitive, considerate coaching style that is underpinned with strong people, transition and project management skills, experienced in leading teams to deliver improved service, performance and transformational change.
Margit’s skills, experience and training have given her a solid foundation and inspiration to do what she loves most – helping organisation and the people within to realise their full potential and implementing lasting, positive change.

Lois is an experienced trainer, coach and facilitator whose key interest and strength lies in the development of management skills, communication skills and personal effectiveness. During her 17 years in the learning and development arena, she has worked with a range of multi-national companies in a variety of sectors. Since 2005, she has been working as a freelance trainer and was previously a Training Manager for TUI UK.
Lois is CIPD qualified, a Master Practitioner of NLP as well as being accredited in Myers Briggs Type Indicators, DiSC and Situational Leadership.
Lois has designed and delivered a wide range of management and performance improvement solutions (both in the UK and overseas) and has worked with organisations such as: Intercontinental Hotel Group, TUI UK, Reckitt Benckiser, Town and Country Housing Group, Budget Pack, Wates and Know Libya.
